👉 About Batch 

Batch is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Presales Engineer to join our growing team! As a key player in the Martech industry, Batch offers a powerful Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) that empowers brands to better communicate with their customers. In this role, you'll leverage your deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills to drive sales success for our innovative platform.

👉 What you'll do:

  • Partner with our commercial teams throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and guidance during meetings, presentations, and demos.
  •  Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into customized solutions showcasing how Batch can address their specific challenges.
  • Conduct captivating technical presentations, clearly articulating the features and benefits of Batch in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
  • Develop reusable sales collateral (e.g., presentations, documents, spreadsheets) to streamline prospect interactions and expedite their movement through the sales funnel.
  • Help our sales counterparts to respond to technical inquiries and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the Martech landscape, ensuring your technical knowledge remains at the forefront.
  • Share your expertise internally and coach other team members less experienced.

Profil recherché

👉 Who you are:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a technical presales role within the Martech industry (or another relevant field).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms (CEPs) and marketing automation technologies.
  • Experience with Batch or similar Customer Engagement Platforms.
    French and English fluency are required. Additional language appreciated.
