Senior Product Marketing Manager

Batch is hiring!

About

Batch is the omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform for large enterprise customers with B2C audiences in millions.

At Batch, we believe exceptional companies differentiate by building deeply personalized relationships with their customers.

However, executing multi-channel CRM campaigns at scale with a single view of the customer proves to be difficult for modern marketers because of « MarTech debt » such as proliferation of point solutions, legacy platforms and old data models.

That’s why we’re building a new kind of all-in-one platform powered by a real-time data platform.

It lets marketers (i) create a single view of their customers by gathering user data across Web & Mobile using our APIs and SDKs (ii) operate cross-channel messaging at scale through Email, Mobile/Web Push Notifications, SMS and In-App Messaging and (iii) connect to any other MarTech solution they already use (CDPs, Analytics, etc.)

We’re a team of 90 people based in Paris & Lyon with offices in the UK & DACH. We work with 350 enterprise customers across EMEA (e.g: LVMH, L’Oréal, Leboncoin, Decathlon, Le Monde). Our data platform stores more than 2 billion new data points each day and our activation platform delivers north of 1 trillion messages per year.

At Batch, we seek to hire people who combine four attributes we value and cultivate: collaborative, humble, ingenious and committed to the mission.

We try to compensate at or above the market with a fair salary policy and we believe in transparency as a way to build trust and win the market.
